Garfunkel and Oates centers on the aspirations and misadventures of the musical comedy duo Riki Lindhome (Garfunkel) and Kate Micucci (Oates).  They are single women in their mid-thirties whose career choice, touring the country singing comedy songs, leaves them with little in common with their peers, and no one but each other to turn to for support and understanding. The series is executive produced by Lindhome, Micucci, Jonathan Stern (Childrens Hospital), Dennis McNicholas (Saturday Night Live), and Fred Savage (Best Friends Forever).

Garfunkel and Oates originally aired on IFC and is now available on Netflix.
